Nine-arched Bridge
It is Hungary’s longest road stone bridge, crossing Hortobágy river, supported by nincs arches, It was built between 1827 and 1833 based on the plans of Ferenc Povolny.

The entire lenght of the bridge is 167,3 metre. The stones for the construction were delivered fom Tokaj. The bridge was always an important route, it connected Transylvania with Pest-Buda. It served as a significant commercial route from the Middle Ages regarding salt and cattle trade.
