The Racka-Delicacy of Hortobágy was developed
in 2006. It is also the result of the successful co-operation between the Hortobágy
Public Company for Nature Conservation and Gene Preservation and the Salami Master
-Mr. Balatoni- of the PICK Szeged Rt.
For the production of our exclusive products we selected traditional and special
favoring and curing methods. The careful selection and combination of different
organic spices (paprika, fennel, garlic, pepper, sugar, salt etc.) and the special
beech wood cold-smoking with dry-curing results in an excellent and unique flavor.
The production (ingredients, methods etc.) of this exclusive product is controlled
by the Biokontroll Hungaria KHT, the most important organic inspector company of
Hungary.
